Everything, where the work happens
The full Judicio drafting and review toolkit, in the task pane next to your document.
Draft from a brief
Draft clauses or an entire agreement from a plain-language prompt — starting blank or from one of your saved drafting templates.
Redline in native Track Changes
AI redlines land as real Word tracked changes you accept or reject — never a pasted-over document, and your formatting and undo history stay intact.
Playbook review
Check a contract against your firm's playbooks, then apply the suggested fixes as tracked changes or drop the rationale in a comment.
Ask your document
Ask questions grounded in the open document and get answers with citations you can verify — the document is read once, not re-uploaded per question.
Cited legal research
Bring legal research into your draft as real Word footnotes, each backed by a verifiable authority.
Benchmark to market
Compare clauses against the market with per-clause verdicts, and surface your firm's own precedent language.
Translate in place
Translate a document into another language without breaking its formatting.
Rewrite, explain, anonymise
Rewrite or explain any selection, or redact personal data — always on exactly the text you choose.
Free structure check
A deterministic structure and consistency check that flags issues without spending any credits.
Up and running in minutes
Once the add-in is live, install it, sign in with the account you already have, and start working.
Coming to AppSource
Judicio for Word is completing Microsoft AppSource verification. Once it's live, install it from AppSource — or have your firm's admin deploy it to everyone from the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Open the Judicio task pane and sign in with your existing Judicio account. No new account, no mailbox setup — you're ready in seconds.
Work without leaving Word
Draft, redline, review, and research in the pane. Every result runs server-side against your subscription — your documents are never used to train AI models.
Requires a Judicio subscription
The add-in is free to install, but every feature requires an active Judicio seat — you sign in with your existing account, and it uses the same credits and matters as the web app. New to Judicio? Start a free trial, then sign in from inside Word.
Your documents stay yours
All AI processing happens server-side against your own subscription. Your documents and prompts are never used to train AI models, and edits are applied as native tracked changes you review — nothing is silently overwritten. See our Trust Centre for how we protect your data.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Judicio subscription to use the Word add-in?
Yes. Once verification completes and it's live on AppSource, the add-in will be free to install, but every feature requires an active Judicio seat — you sign in with your existing account. New to Judicio? You can start a free trial and use the full toolkit in the web app today.
Which versions of Word are supported?
Word on Windows, Mac, and the web (Microsoft 365), plus perpetual Office 2016 and later. Features gracefully degrade on older hosts that lack a given Word API — for example, redlines fall back to untracked edits with a warning where Track Changes APIs are unavailable.
Are my documents used to train AI models?
No. All processing happens server-side against your own subscription, and your documents and prompts are never used to train AI models. Your data stays yours.
Do the AI edits change my document without asking?
No. Redlines and rewrites are inserted as native Word tracked changes you accept or reject individually — nothing is silently overwritten, and your formatting and undo history are preserved.
How do I install it across my firm?
The add-in is currently completing Microsoft AppSource verification. Once it's live, a firm admin can deploy it tenant-wide from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Integrated apps) — no per-user setup — and individuals can install it themselves from AppSource.
