Collaboration

One Workspace for the Whole Team

Work the matter together: Judicio organises the documents, research, timelines, and analysis from your File Library into projects your whole team can open, with the access controls a legal team needs. Invite colleagues by email, tag projects by practice area, and keep a searchable record of who ran what, on which files, and when. And on the Organisation plan, share a single work item — a research session, a review, a draft — with chosen colleagues as editor or viewer, work in the same session with live updates and shared discussion threads, and hand over ownership when the matter changes hands. Every work item stays private until its owner shares it.

    §03 — Questions

    Collaboration FAQ

§03.1How does Judicio organise team work?

Documents, research, timelines, and analysis are organised into shared projects your whole team can open, tagged by practice area, inside organisations with admin and member roles.

    §03.2What access controls are available?

Each project supports Owner, Editor, and Viewer roles, and every run is recorded in a searchable activity trail showing who ran what, on which files, and when. Individual work items are private by default and shared item by item with editor or viewer roles.

§03.3Can I share a single research session, review, or draft?

Yes. On the Organisation plan, any work item — research, drafting, document review, review matrix, timeline, translation, or case strategy — can be shared with chosen organisation members as an editor (work in the session, edit drafts, re-run) or a viewer (read and export). Collaborators see who's viewing, get updates live in the open session, and share every follow-up thread with author attribution. Ownership can be transferred outright, with the previous owner staying on as an editor.

    §03.4Can I bring in colleagues or co-counsel?

Yes. Invite people by email with a personal note and a clear pending-invite state, and they join the projects you share with them.

§03.5Can I see how the team is using Judicio?

Project analytics show usage by feature, by member, and over time, and a notification lets you know when a long run completes.
