This Website is intended to offer information about our products and services, facilitate demo bookings, enable user inquiries through contact forms, and provide access to our AI-powered legal tools and features.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• If you are under 18, you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is provided for informational, educational, and professional use in connection with legal research, analysis, and workflow optimization.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its underlying systems, servers, or databases;

6. Subscriptions, Fees and Payment

6.1 Plans and Credits

Judicio offers paid subscription plans, including Starter and Professional plans for individual users and an Organisation plan for teams (minimum 2 seats). Each plan includes an allocation of credits that are consumed as you use the Platform's AI features; unused allocated credits do not carry over between billing cycles. Current plans, prices, and credit allocations are described on our pricing page.

6.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The free trial does not renew or convert into a paid plan automatically, and no payment is taken unless you actively subscribe.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our authorised payment providers — Razorpay for customers in India and Dodo for international customers. Your card details are held securely by the payment providers and are never stored by Judicio.

6.4 Taxes, Price Changes and Refunds

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT), which are added at checkout based on your billing address. We may change subscription prices from time to time; any change will be communicated to you in advance and will apply from your next billing cycle. Refunds, including our 14-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases, are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. AI-Generated Content and Legal Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Judicio.AI provides AI-powered legal technology tools for informational and research purposes only. The content, analysis, and outputs generated by our Platform:

• Do NOT constitute legal advice, legal opinion, or legal representation;
• Should NOT be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel;
• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information;
• Should be independently verified by qualified legal professionals before any reliance or action.

We strongly recommend consulting with a licensed attorney or legal professional for specific legal matters. The use of our Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, algorithms, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Judicio.AI or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any reliance on AI-generated content or outputs;
• Any decision or action taken based on information provided through the Platform.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SCRAPEGG SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED (Judicio.AI), its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of a third party;
• Your User Content.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal legal proceedings in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions stated above.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and any other legal notices or agreements published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and SCRAPEGG SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED (Judicio.AI) regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

22. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Any failure by SCRAPEGG SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED (Judicio.AI) to enforce a right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
