Cancellation & Refund Policy

    At Judicio, we are committed to providing transparent and reliable services to all our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of subscriptions and eligibility for refunds for our products and services.

    1. Subscription Plans

    Judicio offers the following subscription plans:

    • Professional Subscription: Designed for individual users seeking access to Judicio's full suite of features.
    • Organisation Subscription: Designed for teams and organisations, with a minimum of 2 seats required.

    2. Free Trial

    Judicio offers a 7-day free trial with 500 trial credits so new users can explore and evaluate our platform before committing to a paid subscription. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial period may be extended on request — simply contact us at support@judicio.ai.

    • The free trial provides access to all features of the platform, with usage covered by the one-time trial credit grant.
    • No charges are applied during the trial period, and the trial never converts to a paid subscription automatically.
    • When the trial ends, access to the platform's features is paused until you choose to subscribe — you will never be charged unless you actively purchase a subscription. Everything you created during the trial is preserved and becomes available again once you subscribe.
    • The 14-day money-back guarantee described in Section 4 applies from the date of your first subscription payment.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations can be initiated through the following methods:

    1. Self-Service via Website: Log in to your Judicio account, navigate to the Subscription or Billing section, and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
    2. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at support@judicio.ai or through the in-app support feature to request cancellation.

    3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
    • Users will retain access to the platform until the end of the paid period.
    • No partial refunds will be provided for unused days within the billing cycle.

    3.2 Annual Subscriptions

    • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual billing period.
    • Users will retain access to the platform until the end of the paid annual period.

    3.3 Organisation Subscriptions

    • Only the account administrator or authorised billing contact may initiate cancellation for Organisation subscriptions.
    • All seats under the Organisation plan will be terminated upon cancellation.
    • The same cancellation terms apply as per the billing cycle (monthly or annual).

    4. Refund Policy

    4.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    Judicio offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

    • The 14-day refund period begins from the date of your initial subscription purchase.
    • Refunds are available for the initial subscription purchase. Automatic renewal payments are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.
    • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

    4.2 Refund Request Process

    To request a refund within the 14-day period:

    1. Email our support team at support@judicio.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
    2. Include your account email address and order/transaction number.
    3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
    4. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

    4.3 Payment Processing

    All payments for Judicio subscriptions are processed through our authorised payment providers — Razorpay for customers in India and Dodo for international customers. Your card details are held securely by the payment providers and are never stored by Judicio. Refund requests should be sent to Judicio as described in Section 4.2; refunds are returned through the same provider that processed the original payment.

    5. After the 14-Day Refund Period

    • Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day period.
    • Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

    The following items are non-refundable:

    • One-time setup fees, onboarding charges, or customisation services
    • Additional usage charges beyond subscription limits
    • Charges for add-on services or premium features

    6. Changes to Subscription

    6.1 Upgrades

    • Users may upgrade their subscription plan at any time.
    • The prorated difference will be charged immediately, and the new plan benefits will be available instantly.

    6.2 Downgrades

    • Users may downgrade their subscription plan at any time.
    • The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
    • No refunds or credits will be issued for downgrades.

    6.3 Seat Adjustments (Organisation Plans)

    • Additional seats can be added at any time, with prorated charges applied.
    • Seat reductions will take effect at the next billing cycle.
    • A minimum of 2 seats must be maintained for Organisation subscriptions.

    7. Termination by Judicio

    Judicio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's subscription without refund in the following cases:

    • Violation of Judicio's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
    • Fraudulent or illegal activity
    • Misuse of the platform or its features
    • Non-payment or failed payment after reasonable notice
