Judicio can research EU legal instruments and CJEU decisions, European Court of Human Rights decisions, and available national court material. EU law, the Convention system and national law are distinct. Select the right legal system and verify the original authority and version.
Can Judicio read ECLI and CELEX identifiers?
Judicio preserves ECLI and CELEX identifiers when available in retrieved European materials. Use the identifier to check the source decision or instrument, its version and its legal status. CJEU and European Court of Human Rights decisions remain distinct.
Which European national courts does Judicio connect to?
Available collections include German federal court decisions, French Court of Cassation and judicial decisions, Dutch court decisions, Austrian court decisions, and Swiss and UK case law. Jurisdiction-scoped web research supports further national material. Coverage differs by court, date and publication; the list does not imply every national database is integrated.
