1. Legal information, not legal advice
Everything published on judicio.ai — including every blog article, guide, comparison, glossary entry, and jurisdiction page — is general legal information, not legal advice. It is prepared for educational purposes, describes the law at the level of general rules, and cannot account for the facts of your situation.
Reading, citing, or acting on our content does not create a lawyer–client relationship with Judicio, its operator SCRAPEGG SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED, its writers, or any lawyer who reviewed an article. For advice on a real matter, consult a licensed advocate, solicitor, or lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction. The law changes, differs between (and within) jurisdictions, and its application depends on facts we cannot know.
2. Where legal articles say this on the page
Articles that discuss the law carry a short notice near the top restating this disclaimer, and articles answering consumer legal questions are additionally reviewed by a practising advocate or solicitor credited on the article — see our editorial standards for how that review works. A visible “Updated” date records when an article was last revised; treat the law described in any article as current only as of that date, and note that some articles state an explicit “as of [month year]” position where the law is still settling.
3. Judicio is a software company
Judicio is a legal-technology company, not a law firm, and is not enrolled to practise law in any jurisdiction. Outputs of the Judicio platform — research answers, document analyses, drafts, translations — are likewise assistive, informational work product: a qualified legal professional remains responsible for verifying and settling any legal work before relying on it. The Terms of Service govern use of the platform, including the AI-generated-content disclaimer.
Where a named lawyer is credited as a reviewer, that credit is strictly factual (name, qualification, enrolment, jurisdiction). It is not an advertisement of, or solicitation for, that lawyer’s services, and no outcome is promised or implied on their behalf.
4. Jurisdiction notes
India: our content does not constitute the practice of law, and reviewer attributions comply with the Bar Council of India’s restrictions on advocate publicity — factual credentials only, never superlatives or outcome claims.
United Arab Emirates and the Gulf: our articles describe laws and official procedures neutrally and factually, use anonymised hypotheticals rather than named real-world disputes, and are not commentary on any court, government, or legal system. For a matter in the UAE, consult a licensed lawyer or legal consultant in the relevant Emirate.
5. Corrections
