Legal AI, next to your Gmail inbox
Open any email and get a summary with key points, deadlines, and obligations. Draft a grounded reply — or use "Draft with Judicio" when composing. File emails and attachments to the right matter, and check a draft against your compliance policy before you send.

Your legal workflow, in the side panel
The Judicio toolkit on a card next to the email you're reading — summaries, deadlines, drafts, filing, and review.
Summarise the open email
Open any email and get a summary with key points, parties, and sentiment — so you know where things stand at a glance.
Deadlines & obligations
Extract the deadlines and obligations buried in an email so nothing slips past you.
Draft a grounded reply
Draft a reply grounded in the email you're reading — ready to edit before it goes out.
Draft with Judicio in compose
When composing, generate the email body from a short instruction. Judicio writes the body only — it never touches your recipients or subject.
File to matters
File emails and attachments to the right matter, or start a new matter without leaving your inbox.
Contract review on attachments
Run a full AI contract review on any attachment — optionally against one of your firm's playbooks — with citations you can inspect.
Check before sending
Check a draft against your organisation's compliance policy before you send it — a manual check you run when you want it.
Up and running in minutes
Once the add-on is live, install it, sign in with the account you already have, and start working.
Coming to Google Workspace Marketplace
Judicio for Gmail is completing Google Workspace Marketplace verification. Once it's live, install it from the Marketplace — individually or across your organisation.
Sign in with your Judicio account
Open the Judicio card and sign in with your existing Judicio account. No new account, no mailbox setup — you're ready in seconds.
Work beside your inbox
Summarise, extract deadlines, draft, and file to matters from the card. Every result runs server-side against your subscription — your emails are never used to train AI models.
Requires a Judicio subscription
The add-on is free to install, but every feature requires an active Judicio seat — you sign in with your existing account, and it uses the same credits and matters as the web app. New to Judicio? Start a free trial, then sign in from inside Gmail.
It reads one message — the one you opened
The add-on reads only the message you have open, and only when you act — never your whole mailbox. Longer jobs, like reviewing an attachment, continue in the Judicio web app with a link from the card. Your emails and prompts are never used to train AI models. See our Trust Centre for how we protect your data.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Judicio subscription to use the Gmail add-on?
Yes. Once verification completes and it's live on the Google Workspace Marketplace, the add-on will be free to install, but every feature requires an active Judicio seat — you sign in with your existing account. New to Judicio? You can start a free trial and use the full toolkit in the web app today.
What can the add-on read in my mailbox?
Only the message you have open, and only when you act — never your whole mailbox. In compose, it inserts text into the email body only; it never touches your recipients or subject.
Are my emails used to train AI models?
No. All processing happens server-side against your own subscription, and your emails, attachments, and prompts are never used to train AI models. Your data stays yours.
What happens with longer jobs, like reviewing an attachment?
Longer jobs continue in the Judicio web app — the card gives you a link, so you can carry on there while the result is prepared, then pick it up alongside the rest of your matter.
When will the add-on be available?
It's currently completing Google Workspace Marketplace verification. This page will be updated the moment the listing goes live — in the meantime, you can start a free trial and use the full toolkit in the web app.
