Everything, where your mail happens
The Judicio toolkit in a pane next to the email you're reading — summaries, deadlines, drafts, filing, and review.
Summarise long threads
Turn a long email thread into key points, parties, and sentiment — so you know where a matter stands before you reply.
Deadlines & obligations, to calendar
Extract the deadlines and obligations buried in an email and add them straight to your calendar.
Draft grounded replies
Draft replies in your firm's voice, grounded in the thread you're reading — ready to edit before they go out.
Generate billing narratives
Turn the work captured in an email into a billing narrative, ready for your timesheet.
File to the right matter
File emails — attachments included — to the right matter in one click, with the matter suggested for you.
Contract review on attachments
Run a full AI contract review on any attachment — standard, or against one of your firm's playbooks — and inspect the citations behind every result.
On-send compliance check
If your organisation enables it, Judicio checks outgoing mail as you press Send — flagging personal data, privilege wording, unexpected external recipients, and blocked attachment types. It's advisory and org-configurable (off, warn, or block), never delays or loses your mail, and you stay in control.
Up and running in minutes
Once the add-in is live, install it, sign in with the account you already have, and start working.
Coming to AppSource
Judicio for Outlook is completing Microsoft AppSource verification. Once it's live, install it from AppSource — or have your firm's admin deploy it to everyone from the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Sign in with your Judicio account
Open the Judicio pane and sign in with your existing Judicio account. No new account, no mailbox setup — you're ready in seconds.
Work without leaving Outlook
Summarise, extract deadlines, draft replies, and file to matters from the pane. Every result runs server-side against your subscription — your emails are never used to train AI models.
Requires a Judicio subscription
The add-in is free to install, but every feature requires an active Judicio seat — you sign in with your existing account, and it uses the same credits and matters as the web app. New to Judicio? Start a free trial, then sign in from inside Outlook.
Your emails stay yours
The add-in reads the message you have open. Full-thread summaries and calendar sync use an optional, just-in-time Microsoft Graph consent that you approve first. All AI processing happens server-side against your own subscription, and your emails and prompts are never used to train AI models. See our Trust Centre for how we protect your data.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Judicio subscription to use the Outlook add-in?
Yes. Once verification completes and it's live on AppSource, the add-in will be free to install, but every feature requires an active Judicio seat — you sign in with your existing account. New to Judicio? You can start a free trial and use the full toolkit in the web app today.
Which Outlook clients are supported?
Outlook on Windows, Mac, and the web (Microsoft 365). The on-send compliance check requires your organisation's admin to deploy the add-in centrally; mobile clients are exempt from on-send, so no check runs there.
What can the add-in read in my mailbox?
It reads the message you have open. Full-thread summaries and calendar sync use an optional, just-in-time Microsoft Graph consent — you're asked before anything more is accessed, and you can decline and keep using every single-message feature.
Are my emails used to train AI models?
No. All processing happens server-side against your own subscription, and your emails, attachments, and prompts are never used to train AI models. Your data stays yours.
How do I roll it out across my firm?
The add-in is currently completing Microsoft AppSource verification. Once it's live, a firm admin can deploy it tenant-wide from the Microsoft 365 admin center (Integrated apps) — no per-user setup, and central deployment is also what enables the on-send compliance check. Individuals can install it themselves from AppSource.
