Your Side's Battle Plan, Authorities Verified
Case Strategy turns your case files into a battle plan for your side of the matter. Declare the seat you argue from — petitioner, accused, complainant, any of eight sides or your own — and Judicio builds numbered grounds with strength ratings, anticipates the opposing arguments with prepared rebuttals, and verifies every cited authority against the source archive, treatment history included. Then stress-test it with what-if scenarios, or argue it before an AI judge and AI opposing counsel in a moot court simulation no other legal AI offers.

What Case Strategy can do
Every capability, entered into evidence — each exhibit with its own product vignette.
One report, both sides of the fight
numbered grounds for your side, each rated strong / moderate / weak — and the other side's best arguments, each with a prepared rebuttal.
Verified before you rely on it
every citation is checked against the source archive — full text, parties, pinpoints — and carries its treatment: followed, distinguished, overruled, or superseded.
Argue from your seat
declare the side you act for and every section reframes — the grounds argue for you, the anticipated arguments are the ones coming at you.
Moot court simulator
argue before an AI judge that interjects and an AI opposing counsel briefed on the other side's best case — three modes, feedback scorecard at the end.
Stress-test with what-ifs
ask the contingency that worries you and watch the strategy move — per-ground strength deltas in a saved version, the original untouched.
Hearing-ready, evidence attached
evidence gaps with cures, speaking notes, and cross-examination questions — exported to PDF/Word with the authorities appendix and an evidence pack of archived judgments.
Pull it off the shelf for
Build the appellant's grounds — and the answer to the double presumption.
Triple test, parity, and the conditions to volunteer — accused side.
The three-limb test, with the defences you'll face anticipated.
Natural justice and proportionality, with the state's replies ready.
Section 34 grounds with the award-holder's answers pre-empted.
Case Strategy FAQ
§03.1What does a strategy report contain?
One unified report for your side of the matter: the issues framed, numbered grounds with strength ratings, the opposing arguments you should expect with prepared rebuttals, verified authorities for and against, the provisions engaged, evidence gaps with cures, speaking notes, cross-examination questions, and a neutral judicial evaluation.
§03.2How are the authorities verified?
Every cited authority is checked against the source archive: the full text is fetched and the citation, parties, and pinpoint paragraphs are compared to what the report claims. Each authority carries a Verified, Citation-mismatch, or Not-found badge — plus its treatment by later courts: followed, distinguished, overruled, or superseded.
§03.3What is the moot court simulator?
A hearing rehearsal in three modes — opposing counsel, bench grilling, or full moot. An AI judge presides and interjects; an AI opposing counsel argues the other side's best case. A session runs up to roughly 20 turns and ends with a feedback scorecard: which arguments held, which faltered, and which authorities you missed.
§03.4Can I test what happens if things go wrong?
Yes — what-if scenarios. Ask a contingency in plain language and Judicio shows which grounds move, the per-ground strength changes, and the revised overall posture, saved as a comparable version while the original report stays intact.
