    How quickly will I hear back?

    We aim to respond to email support within one business day. Security reports are triaged with priority — email support@judicio.ai and our team will investigate promptly.

    I use the Word, Outlook, or Gmail add-in and need help.

    Start with the add-in guides at docs.judicio.ai/add-ins for install and sign-in. Every add-in feature requires an active Judicio subscription — sign in with your existing account. Still stuck? Email support@judicio.ai and include which add-in and host (e.g. Word on Windows) you're using.

    What should I include when I report a problem?

    A short description of what you expected versus what happened, the feature or add-in involved, the host or browser, and a rough time it occurred. Screenshots help. Please don't paste confidential client material — a redacted example is enough for us to reproduce most issues.

    How do I manage billing or cancel?

    Billing is managed from your account in the web app. See our Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work, or email help@judicio.ai and we'll walk you through it.
