A Saudi legal team introducing AI assistance may change how documents are analysed or which service providers process them. Record the purpose, data categories, providers, and access arrangements.
Confirm the facts with the service and business owners. Drafting a notice before understanding the processing can produce promises the organisation cannot support.
Compare existing information
Review the relevant privacy information and internal processing records. Identify statements that are missing, unclear, or inconsistent with the proposed use.

Test a recipient description
Suppose an existing notice describes only internal handling while the proposed workflow involves an external service. Ask the privacy owner what information needs to change and why.
Do not insert a broad reference to all possible technology providers as a substitute for accurate assessment. The wording should reflect the actual arrangement and applicable requirements.
Draft within verified facts
Prepare proposed revisions from approved purposes, categories, retention information, and contact routes. Flag facts awaiting confirmation rather than filling them with standard boilerplate.
Check Arabic and English versions together where both are used. A translation should preserve the scope and qualifications of the approved wording.
Record approval and maintenance
Keep the approved text, publication version, effective date, and underlying assessment. Assign an owner to update it when the processing changes.
A clear notice is one part of the privacy programme. It does not establish that every aspect of the AI deployment is lawful or operationally controlled.
