# Check one proposition from answer to authority

Suppose an answer says a particular contract notice is required. Do not begin by polishing the sentence. Split it into the claimed rule, the factual trigger and any exception, then inspect the cited material for each part.

- [ ] Record the unresolved questions and the next review action.
